uPVC Sewer and Drain Pipes in Saudi Arabia (110mm to 710mm)

4B Factory manufactures uPVC sewer and drainage pipes at our Al-Kharj plant for contractors and infrastructure firms working on sewerage networks, stormwater drains, building drainage, and road and highway runoff schemes across Saudi Arabia. The diameter range covers 110mm, 160mm, 200mm, 250mm, 315mm, 400mm, 500mm, 630mm, and 710mm, in SN2, SN4, and SN8 ring stiffness classes.

Each pipe is extruded from unplasticized polyvinyl chloride compound, then socketed and seal tested for leak free, long life service in buried gravity flow networks.

Available Sizes and Wall Thickness

The wall thickness for each diameter is set by the SN ring stiffness class. The chart below covers the most specified combinations on Saudi sewerage and drainage projects.

Values are nominal and follow the SASO ISO 4435 and EN 1401 tables. Use our project data sheet for the final specification before order.

Standards and Compliance

  • SASO ISO 4435, the Saudi reference for unplasticized PVC pipes and fittings for buried, non-pressure drainage and sewerage.
  • EN 1401, the European reference for PVC-U sewerage and drainage pipes outside building structures.
  • BS EN 1401 where the project specification calls for the British version.
  • ASTM D3034 on request, for projects that follow the American reference for PVC sewer pipe.
  • Documentation supplied: ring stiffness test data, impact resistance test results, and dimensional inspection records for consultant and main contractor submittals.

Applications

  • Foul sewerage networks for housing schemes, gated communities, and master plan developments.
  • Stormwater and surface water drainage for roads, highways, and corniche projects.
  • Building drainage, soil, and vent pipework for residential and commercial buildings.
  • Manhole to manhole gravity flow mains in city and district networks.
  • Industrial wastewater drainage in factories and processing plants.
  • Site drainage on construction projects, including tower compound and labour camp temporary networks.
  • Outfall lines for stormwater and treated effluent.
  • Rehabilitation and slip lining of existing concrete sewer lines.

Why Choose 4B Factory for Sewer and Drainage Pipe

  • Full diameter range from one source. 110mm through 710mm on the same delivery, no mix and match.
  • SN4 and SN8 stocked. Choose the right ring stiffness for the depth of cover and traffic load.
  • EPDM rubber ring socket as standard. Push fit, leak free, fast on site, less labour cost.
  • Saudi made in Al-Kharj. Local production reduces lead times on phased project deliveries.
  • Documentation ready for submittal. Test certificates, dimensional reports, and standards references issued with the dispatch.
  • Bulk and project pricing. Tender quantities are quoted with phased call off pricing and dedicated production slots.

Delivery Across Saudi Arabia

The sewer pipe range is heavy and bulky, so loading and routing matter.

4B Factory dispatches purpose loaded trailers to project sites in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Makkah, Madinah, Tabuk, Qassim, the Eastern Province, and the Western Region. For large diameter pipe (400mm and above), we coordinate flat bed loading and on site offloading support.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between SN4 and SN8 uPVC sewer pipe?

SN refers to ring stiffness in kilonewtons per square metre, the pipe’s resistance to crushing under buried load. SN4 (4 kN per m²) suits standard burial depths with light to moderate ground load. SN8 (8 kN per m²) is selected for deeper trenches, heavy traffic loading, or weak soil. For Saudi road and highway crossings, SN8 is the typical specification.

Are 4B Factory uPVC sewer pipes compliant with SASO ISO 4435?

Yes. Our drainage range is manufactured to SASO ISO 4435 and EN 1401, and we issue ring stiffness test data, impact test records, and dimensional reports with every shipment.

Can the pipes be used above ground?

Above ground drainage is normally served by SN2 pipe (application class U). For below ground sewerage, SN4 and SN8 are the right choice. Above ground exposed runs in direct Saudi sun should also be protected from UV by paint, cladding, or installation inside a service riser.

What size sewer pipe is normal for a residential villa?

A standard villa connection to the public sewer normally uses 110mm or 160mm OD uPVC pipe, with 110mm for soil and vent stacks and 160mm for the underground lateral to the main sewer. Final sizing depends on fixture units and slope.

What joint type do you supply?

The standard joint is an integral socket with an EPDM rubber ring for push fit assembly. Plain end pipe for solvent weld assembly is also produced on request, mostly used on smaller diameters and fabrication of custom fittings.

Do you produce 630mm and 710mm sewer pipe in Saudi Arabia?

Yes, the large diameter range, including 630mm and 710mm, is produced at our Al-Kharj plant for major sewerage and stormwater trunk projects. These sizes are produced to project order rather than standard stock.

What is the expected service life of a uPVC sewer pipe?

Correctly installed underground, uPVC sewer pipe is engineered for a service life of 50 years and more, with high resistance to corrosion, biological attack, and the abrasion typical of municipal sewerage flows.

Can you produce branded pipes for our project?

Yes, on bulk and project orders we can mark the pipe with the project reference, contractor name, or developer brand alongside the standard markings.
