Start From the Application, Not the Product
Most specification errors on Saudi pipe schedules come from choosing a product first and checking the duty afterwards. The same nominal diameter exists across four different product families at four different pressure ratings, and they are not interchangeable. A 110 mm gravity sewer pipe and a 110 mm Class 5 pressure pipe are different walls, different joints and different standards.
Working the other way round removes the problem. Establish what the line carries, whether it runs under pressure or by gravity, and what approval it has to pass. Those three answers narrow the choice to a single product family before diameter is ever discussed.

No. They are different products to different standards. Pressure distribution uses uPVC watermain pipe with integral socket joints rated by class, while gravity drainage uses sewer and drain pipe to SAS 1395 and 1396. The same nominal diameter in each has a different wall thickness, joint and rating, and they are not interchangeable.
Conduit is a rigid raceway for wiring inside buildings and on surfaces, jointed by solvent weld, manufactured to NEMA TC 2 from half an inch to 6 inch. Cable duct is buried pipe protecting power or communications cable underground, made to SAS 254 and 255 from 20 to 63 mm with socket and spigot joints. 4B Factory manufactures both.
ASTM Schedule pipe is normally specified for above-ground and plant pressure duty, including pump houses, plant rooms and process lines, where the Schedule system and solvent-weld jointing suit the installation. Buried municipal distribution mains normally use Class 4 or Class 5 uPVC with integral socket joints instead.
