Supply Pipe vs Drainage Pipe

An irrigation system has two pipe roles. Supply pipe carries pressurised water from the source — well, reservoir or mains — out to the field and the emitters. This is pressure pipe, sized to the flow and rated by class. Drainage pipe does the opposite job: it manages excess water in the soil, lowering the water table and removing salts that build up under irrigation.
